This film is about anxiety and its effects on mental health. It showcases a day in the life of someone struggling with anxiety. I personally wanted to emphasize the busyness of this characters life. To show how easy it is to slip under and get consumed within yourself. I wanted to make a point that the hectic schedules that most college students now feel that they need to take in order to be successful are very detrimental to mental health. Not have time to eat or sleep properly is not ok. If someone's life is so busy that they don't have time for basic human needs then, their body is going to start letting go. In the case of my film, it was her mental health that started to slip.
